Belgian Amber Ale

Brewed in summer 2016.
Amber ale brewed in Belgian style has a pleasant mild and sweet taste thanks to mix of German and Belgian malt, caramelized suga r and three Belgian yeast strains.

Degree – 7%, original gravity – 15%, bitterness - 58 IBU.

Collaboration with Evgeniy Smirnov, founder of БАЙКА Brewery (BAIKA)KA); brewed at Vasileostrovskaya brewery facilities. A creative experiment in a New England IPA style unusual for us. The ale has a mat color , a bursting flavor and taste of tropical fruit, delicate bitterness and mild soft taste.
